Please ensure that your graphics card does in fact support DirectX11. You can check this by running the DxDiag application. Instructions on how to do this: 1) Go to your start menu 2) In the search box type in dxdiag 3) hit enter. In the DxDiag window, you will see a field called DirectX Version. It will likely say DirectX 11. This means that the software is installed but not necessarily that your graphics card actually supports DirectX11. Select the Display 1 tab and look for the field DDI Version. It needs to say 11. If it says 10 or 10.1 then you graphics card does not support DirectX11.
I’m trying to run the game, but I’m getting the error "[System, Severe] Direct X has failed to initialize. Direct X 11 is required for TUG. Exiting". Why am I getting this error? I know I have Directx11 Installed.
